Appreciation thread for punch:

I made this thread as I believe punch should be appreciated more I understand if you don’t like it as it may not be your music taste but a lot of ppl like to shit on it for no reason and call it a flop. I want to show all the hard work NCT127 put into punch and the era :)

First of all the teasers where so sexc..

...and the concepts of some outfits where different and unique from other things NCT127 has done for example the tattoos

Onto the actual mv and song, nct are know for more “loud” “ufo” what ever u want to call it music. Welp. Punch has unique sounds which ik is not for everyone but the way the sounds are mixed with the vocals make it different and stand out...

...also in punch they used whispering which has been done before but it added a nice element to the song. It also allowed jaehyun rapper to pop out. Also everyone vocals r so beautiful

The mv is made in high quality and the production is class. The special effects background is rlly cool and makes their visuals pop out. It’s simple as it shows a lot of choreo which I quite like. Jungwoo looks especially good here

Onto the choreo: it’s quite different in my opinion there’s lots of small/compact moves that look very hard and not many bold moves. Also the beginning is works very well with the concept

Punch did well on award shows and got 3 WINS Deserved
