Evernote: A data Warehouse for information sources & references from automations like IFTTT, Zapier, ReadWise & Web Clippings. Unstructured notes like Scratch & Audio Notes. Exploring & Searching scalable media w/ Optical character recognition (OCR) for: Photos, PDF, Paper Note.

Notion: A no-code information/personal knowledge application builder. It combines multiple ways to store data and can be a great curated common place or hierarchal wikipedia of knowledge. I use it for Project Management, Planning, Bookmarking & Knowledge Management Dashboards.

Roam: Writing & navigating complex and interconnected units of conceptual information. Build the house for your second brain one block at a time. I use it to write asynchronous & sporadic daily notes/streams of thoughts, reference/research capture & new knowledge production.

Knowledge work is more of an assembly line with different stages, tools and levels of precision needed to generate complex creative output.
