Since a lot of people are posting hhn photos and this is still an issue, CREDIT PHOTOGRAPHERS. If you don’t know who took something, ask around (there aren’t tHAT many of us) and if you can’t find the photographer, dON’T POST IT...

It severely undermines the people behind these photos. A lot of work gets put into them and it’s extremely disrespectful (and illegal) to post something without credit, and especially if you go as far as rEMOVING A WATERMARK

Cameras don’t take pictures by themselves, it takes learning how to work with lighting in every zone and specific areas within zones and it takes figuring out setting for those different areas and then you have to also come up with interesting composition, plus hours of editing.

Here are a couple before and after photos of some HHN photos I’ve taken that I like, just so you can see how much effort goes into them.

And a couple more, shows are also very difficult to photograph clearly with dark lighting and fast movements (which is the perfect formula for motion blur) so AoV was a different beast entirely.
