Of all the hills to die on, vocally opposing having to wear a mask that protects those around you is definitely the weirdest.

Unless medically exempt, you are now required to wear a mask in public in the UK.

Masks don’t protect you, they protect others FROM YOU if you are infected. I am not vulnerable, but I wear a mask to protect vulnerable people.

Masks are mildly uncomfortable at the worst. Slightly warm and a bit itchy.

It’s a tiny inconvenience to the general public, but one that could potentially save lives. Even if it makes a small difference it’s worth it, but it only works if we all wear them
