@Uber_Support I have tried without success to track down unauthorized charges on my credit card. In-app support is not helpful and they haven’t responded to me in 48 hours. Apparently someone named John has my payment information
I do not believe my credit card number has been stolen because there are no other fraudulent charges other than two monthly charges for 9.99 for “Uber Pass” which I never signed up for. This makes me think my payment information is not secure with Uber.
@Uber_Support @UberEats @Uber customer support is a complete joke. Your people are telling me to “please be patient.” Guess what? I pay YOU. YOU don’t tell me when to be patient because of YOUR incompetence. You can’t even be bothered to protect your customers information?
