We've got to stop waiting for someone else to act on climate. There are a thousand things you can do, and you should do a whole lot of them... and taking a stand on planes and letting everyone in your circle know why is one of the simplest and most powerful.
I try to make this as clear as I can but a lot of people still don't get it: It's not about lessening your own impact so much as catalyzing social change by waking people up to the reality of climate emergency.
