I don& #39;t have motivation to write so instead I& #39;ll do some threads of DBH snippets that I wish I had a fic for.

This headcanon/prompt thingy thread& #39;s for Connor. Lots of goofing around and only partially serious.
Connor at the aquarium, every time he sees a new fish: "that& #39;s such a weird fish, I love him"
Excessively sleep deprived Connor glitches when trying to remember the name of something, ends up calling it "the thingy"
Sixty: why do you keep calling me 64
Connor: & #39;cause ya basic
What if Connor learns the hard way that putting his face in a dog& #39;s fur is a bad idea because the fur clogs up his air filter and he has the first android allergy attack
Connor pretends to not "get" metaphors and non-literal language because he likes seeing people glitch when he doesn& #39;t respond in the expected way
Someone (doesn& #39;t matter who) off-handedly calls Connor a "good boy."
Connor, in the background, pausing in his attempt to lick peanut butter out of a jar: "I& #39;m not a dog"
Hank: "Could& #39;ve fooled me"
Connor may like dogs but he acts more like a cat sometimes... Especially when you notice that he& #39;s leaned partially around a corner to quietly listen in on you and then he silently leans away and you have no idea how much he heard and whether he& #39;s plotting your murder now
Do you think startled Connor immediately

A) grabs the nearest melee weapon
B) assumes a ninja pose
The correct answer is

B O T H

He has the power of rA9 and anime on his side
When does efficiency swerve into laziness?
Connor scoots his office chair to go fetch something, then it gets stuck - does he keep trying to scoot the chair because he already committed to doing so, or would he give up on scooting and just stand up to fetch the thing
CyberLife: we gave you cutting edge preconstruction programs so you can move quickly and efficiently

Connor: haha wheeled office chair go scoot
Connor: holding up a tacky shirt It& #39;s hideous and I love it
"Connor, that& #39;s... That& #39;s the wire that literally controls your heart beating, you can& #39;t just slap some electrical tape on it and keep going."
"Nah, it& #39;s totally fine."
Some sparks fly.
"Okay, maybe a little less fine."
(for a thing I was working on)
Connor has ruined several phones because he wasn& #39;t used to keeping up with a comparatively fragile object on his person/in his general vicinity. He& #39;s cracked screens, dropped them in mud puddles, dropped one in his coffee, (1/2)
(2/2) lost one when he went bolting down a side alley and it flew out of his pocket, and in a very memorable instance ended up with no phone because it got run over by a train.
I really want there to be at least one time where Connor got injured but the only commentary he can muster up is "Jesus Christ that& #39;s a lot of errors" (Hank& #39;s vocabulary is wearing off on him)
Idea - Connor keeps encrypting then decrypting some of his own memories. He& #39;s caught in a loop. He& #39;ll go "oh hey, why did I encrypt this?"

Then decrypt it and go "oh I should probably encrypt that again and forget it"

"Oh hey, why is that encrypted?"
And another android has to break the loop by decrypting it for themselves and seeing what it is so they can tell Connor whether to worry about it or not. They& #39;re expecting some big horrible secret, but all it turns out to be is Connor accidentally learned about a surprise party.
D& #39;you ever think about how "twenty-eight stab wounds" wouldn& #39;t really be a meme inside the world of DBH? Because the people who witnessed Connor saying that only saw it once, wouldn& #39;t be inclined to find it funny, and likely wouldn& #39;t talk about it like it was funny or even at all
Connor would be an absolute terror at paintball
Does Connor know that like, planets are a thing? Does he have any idea what the solar system is? What gaps are there in his general knowledge of the world that are there because it was deemed irrelevant to his mission?
Connor: drinks the lava lamp fluid
Connor:
Connor: okay that was a bad idea
Connor: can someone call an ambulance please I think I& #39;ve poisoned myself this time
Okay I think that& #39;s enough for this thread, let& #39;s see if my internet can send all these lol
