bang chan, aka the leader of stray kids (& also best leader!) has been recieving so much hate recently for no reason. there are multiple threads on what the hate is specifically about on here that i will retweet so you all have more context about it all.
bang chan is one of the most beautiful individuals i have come across in my life. he has such a welcoming aura and whenever i watch the virtual fan meetings, he always makes it feel as if you have known him for a long time.
he accepts every human being for who they are. beauty is what comes from the inside it despite it being described as such a physical term. i learnt that from bang chan. as someone who has been judged and made fun of by their looks & weight, i realised its my personality~
that shines most. it’s what is most important. i have learnt so much from chan. he has gone through so many hardships throughout his life and i admire him so much for pushing through all of that because look at him now, he’s with his family. stray kids.
there is a reason he is named the “best leader” and that is because of how caring and nurturing bang chan is. he looks out for every single member of stray kids, he puts them before himself. he makes sure they are all okay before he sorts himself out.
he stands behind all of them or at the very end of the line so he can see every member to make sure they are okay. he looks out for every single one of them. he understands how hard it can be leaving home & barely ever seeing family since he left home at a young age~
to become a trainee and live his dream. at 13 years old, bang chan left australia to come to south korea to persue his dream as an idol. this meant he grew up very quickly and matured a lot quicker than the average teen. he watched all of his fellow trainees debut~
while he didn’t know if he was even going to debut, until the stray kids survival show came around. chan picked every member of stray kids because he saw so much potential in them all. he gave them a chance and look where they are now. they are so successful.
chan made stray kids, chose every member, gave them a shot, a chance to live their dream. we all saw how devastated chan was when felix (& minho) got eliminated. not only are they his brothers, but he picked them so he must of had so much doubt but they are back and u can see how
proud he is of each member. he loves them with all of his heart and will do the absolute most to make sure they are doing okay, be there for them, comfort them, let them borrow anything from him. he’s truly the best leader
now for stays, we are so lucky to have someone like bang chan (& people like stray kids) in our lives. chan is our everything. he will do his best to make us happy, make us feel warm & comforted, make us feel like we have some to go to when we feel down
he gives us advice on things that not many idols give advice on, he listens to us, warns us about things, tells us it’s okay if something doesn’t go planned. he makes it clear he is here for each and every one of us.
