don't buy from @carvana. at my wits end and spending my friday filing complaints with the Pennsylvania AG and @bbb_us just to have this mess on the record. (still don't have registration / plates for car bought in march; DMV started reopening in late may.)

(there are a billion other more important things going on right now, and i am pissed that _this_ is the thing that i currently have to deal with.)

Going to elaborate here on just how kafkaesque this has been. They got a LOT of leeway for COVID delays.

Application in March was denied b/c missing signature (from their end) on a form. I wasn't notified until I started calling months later to ask about the status.

On 6/22 (DMV was open again!) I uploaded what they asked for: a signed copy of that form & updated insurance. Somehow they didn't submit it to their registration vendor until 7/13, after the second time I called to ask for updates.
