There seems to be some confusion over when Market St. (formerly Lee) and Court Sq. (formerly Jackson) parks are open/closed. CPD officers has quoted 9pm, 10pm, 11pm and sunset. A sign at Market St. says 11pm.
The city's website (now) says that Market closes at 9 and that Court Sq. closes at 11.

But none of that means anything because the hours are based on city code. And the closing time for both parks is 11pm.

The neoconfederates are calling the police on people in the park after 9pm and CPD is showing up and harassing them. Why?
And keep in mind, the main person calling the police on legal users of the park is banned from the park as a condition of his probation.
