I imagine this could open up a whole wave of lawsuits against news outlets that play viral videos. Where things really get interesting is when people start suing the social media platforms...

Anyway, this reinforces my argument that the right needs to get less fascist and more litigious. Recognize they're a minority, stop bellowing and attacking and start just suing, suing, suing.
