@MTNLOfficial I have been trying to lodge a complaint about a dead landline since June. I have lodged the complaint 3 times on the website.

If I track the complaint it gives me a mobile no. and a landline no. to call for further info.

Here is my horrid #MTNL experience -

No one EVER answers the #MTNL landline no. I have tried on different days and different times of the day all week long.

Mobile no. was answered by a kid - & #39;Papa sabji lene gaye hain& #39;. Totally understandable in the current times. I called again at a different time the next day...

The next few times no one answered...

Finally after two days, my call was answered by an extremely rude person who said & #39;Aapka phone bandh hai toh mai kuch nahi kar sakta& #39; and hung up!

He did not listen to a word I said. @MTNLOfficial

I called back. He cut the call and then put his phone off.

I have now received a bill which clearly shows my phone has not been working since June.

So, @MTNLOfficial What do you want me to do next?
