I was raised in a household that did not value health, diet or exercise
In college, I would often smoke a bowl, eat a box of Entemann& #39;s chocolate donuts, play video games on 1 screen with a movie playing on mute on another
Well into my 30s, I was still in arrested development

So when I want to eat candy & instead eat a steak & cruciferous veggies
or when I want to smoke a bowl & instead go to sleep to get up for London session
or when I& #39;m tired & in a bad mood & still drive to the gym & do my full workout
that& #39;s the result of years of reprogramming

Years of devolving from health to full relapse into past habits that would last months, then weeks, then days, now only hours before I reset to health
It takes years to reprogram not only desire & goals but most importantly..
