there’s massive privilege in making a comfortable living. the minority of people do & they need to recognize the advantages it gives them— but they aren’t responsible for mass wealth ineqity. billionaires *want* us to redirect our anger towards the middle/upper middle class.
it feels worth adding that I didn’t know what True Wealth looked like until I moved to NYC. I’m from a well off suburb in PA, but in comparison to the wealth I have seen in NY, people there were just play acting at Wealth™️— the wealth of the big city elites is jaw dropping
