I get y'all wanna see your faves perform and you wanna see them sell well, but they're also quite popular and successful enough to do well with or without wasting time on a music show. their time is better spent recording a CF or doing something they actually enjoy

not to mention, EXO-SC isn't even centred on choreography. they sing and walk around the stage back and forth and call it a day. the album is a personal project between the two that they've happy to even be able to put out.

on the other hand SM pretty much intended this Irene & Seulgi unit to perform functionally the same as any RV song and adding to the RV brand, hence they are pushed and marketed the same way RV songs are.

shawols complain about everything but what you won't hear them complain about Jonghyun not getting the same marketing push for the Story OP's as he got for Base & She Is

some projects just weren't meant to be marketed the same way, but that doesn't make them any less menaingful

kpop fans have a very one dimensional view on marketing, yall expect your faves to check out all the boxes and appear on this show and that program and get this promotional thing.
