if u are new and you have to log in, click on the South Korean flag. that's the language setting and u can change it to English.

1) try refreshing page
2) close the app
3) delete app and install it back again

the answer is YES. soba tickets expire everyday at 12AM KST.
as the app sometimes doesn't work or it is slow, I suggest that u vote early.
