Five years ago I face over $1 million in fines and the prospect of being jailed for contempt of court if I ever spoke about marriage, family or morality again.

But the events that unfolded have been a catastrophe for the NSW anti-discrimination industry...
1. Garry Burns has been bankrupted.

2. The NSW ADB has been forced to admit that Burns lodges vexatious complaints.
3. Garry Burns has been found by NCAT to have made statements against my solicitor that ‘were untrue and without foundation’ and that these statements were ‘malicious, insulting and offensive’ and that they, prima facie, were capable of constituting contempt.
4. Proceedings by the NSW Law Society against my solicitor were dismissed with costs.

5. The NSW ADB has admitted to me in writing that it has failed to meet its own obligations under the Anti-Discrimination Act.
6. Law reforms have been commenced by @RealMarkLatham to end the farcical complaint handling process at the ADB.

7. The High Court has found that the anti-discrimination system used against me was unconstitutional.
8. Magistrate Nancy Hennessey has been forced to recuse herself from matters involving Burns after evidence was presented that she had been holding private conversations with him.
The only people found to have broken the law since Burns lodged his 37 complaints against me all work in the anti-discrimination industry.
These victories are proof that conservatives can win.

They are also proof that those against us have complete disregard for the law.
But there is still work to be done, despite Burns' bankruptcy. I am still in:

- NCAT Appeal Panel
- NSW Local Court
- NSW Supreme Court
- High Court of Australia.

And the Anti-Discrimination Board has not faced the music yet either. That is coming.
Despite these victories, which represent a catastrophic failure of the NSW anti-discrimination industry, you probably have not heard about this from the mainstream media.
However, I thank the following for their courage in covering aspects of this farce:
@NicBerko (The Australian)
@SteveAustinABC (ABC Brisbane radio)
@BenFordham (2GB)
@mirandadevine & @clarissa_bye (Daily Telegraph)
@theboltreport (Sky News)
@visionradio & @catholic_weekly
I also thank @RealMarkLatham for his efforts in NSW parliament to bring sanity. I hope that his reforms pass.

It is beyond parody that the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board is currently arguing that they must be able to accept vexatious complaints.
Finally stay tuned - I am currently seeking to have Garry Burns' finances examined. This process could be explosive.
