Lunch: not the prettiest but KIMCHI CHICKEN SLIDERS (soooo good tbh)
Japanese mayo + chicken breast pieces + kimchi (wish i still had gochuchang😭) on toasted buns w a lil butter
Just mix everything on put it on the buns and sprinkle a little pepper!
Keeping it #Korean today ✌🏻 Dinner (at like 10pm) was another variation of my elevated~ shin ramyun 🍜
Ingredients:
Milk (better to use whole milk but i only had low fat)
1 pack of shin ramyun
crabstick (cut in halves)
Diced leeks
Diced carrots
Bok Choy Kimchi (or any kimchi)

(Not in photo: 1 tbsp of brown sugar)
Cook noodles and the dry ingredients in the packet with the carrots in pot of boiling water
In a separate pot, boil the milk and add the shin soup base. The milk is sort of like the “cheese” of this elevated ramyun!
Once cooked, combine the cooked noodles and veggies then dump everything else in the other port (Sorry for the laugh @hiiyamaya was being funny)
