I almost got kidnapped by a @Boltapp_ng Driver today.

I made several attempts to alight the vehicle but the child lock was on. Pedestrians were my only hope.

I've sent an email, an Ig DM and narrated the full incident on the Support section of the app.

This is not my first encounter with your drivers misconduct. My first complaint was dismissed casually.
Now a case of kidnapping and you want to give me a promo code?! @Boltapp_ng

A promo code is not not comparable to the trauma I’m dealing with.

My card was still charged for for the trip because I did not get to my destination.

My life was in danger & a promo code is not worth my life/safety.

If I have to take this issue to court I will @Boltapp_ng

I pleaded with the driver severally to end the trip but he ignored me till I kept shouting & trying to get the attention of pedestrians.

I called the Lagos State Emergency number - 112 & they referred me back to send an email/wait somewhere safe till the trip ends @Boltapp_ng

@Boltapp_ng please find this driver, investigate further (if you must), I'm ready.

I do not want a promo code. I want justice and the predator - Osagbovo John Oyi with the Silver Toyota Corolla, Plate number - LSD347GD, to be arrested and penalised.
