• breathe in, belly out:
place one hand on your chest, the other hand on your belly. inhale deeply through your nose, make sure your belly abdomen is expanding and not your chest . exhale for a count of 4. keep doing this for few minutes until you calm down.
• close your eyes and try to picture yourself doing what you love the most to do, or in your favorite place with your favorite people.
• repeat a positive sentence that has a message
• splash water on your face, neck and arms.
• write down your thoughts and let yourself express what you feel inside.
• try to play your favorite song or a song that has happy vibes and could cheer you up
