[thread] An explanation to what's happened recently, the tweets I shouldn't have made, the things I've been wrongly accused of, and the context behind some of what has been said about me.
I am making this thread as people are still talking about what happened and spreading false information.

So, let's start this thread with what happened in September as a very vague tweet has been continuously shared with no context.
I made a tweet about Yixing where I did not censor 'ch*gga' - which was embroidered on his hat, at first people were only mad about me making the tweet and potentially painting him in a bad light. I have apologised for the tweet, and will continue to whenever it's brought up.
Before I deleted the tweet people began spreading that I used slurs and made deliberate vague tweets that made it look like I casually appropriate racial slurs, when I never have and never will.
People also began attempting to doxx me. The tweet pictured in the previous tweet was also from a doxxing thread.
So, let's talk about this tweet.
Here are a few tweets people weren't too keen on and are the reason why she got trolled at the time.
Around the same time (late 2019) I retweeted one of her tweets that I felt was awful, asking people to report it so she could take the opportunity to correct her behaviour and be more mindful of the implications of some of her tweets with such a large following of 40k+.
I cannot remember the tweet in question but I never wanted her account suspended. We just wanted her to do better. Only a few of the friends involved were white, the majority of those involved were my black friends and moots. In the end I grew tired of her and decided to block.
In February I made this tweet, and I can definitely understand the anger over it. The fallout in question would be from Army rightly calling out Trump and his supporters, the confusion would be felt by Army who happen to be Republicans (i.e msbeatrice and her sister).
I agree I should not have made the tweet, and the way it's worded didn't help my case either. But by no means am I a Trump supporter.
Let's talk about what happened in April. The fiasco with the producer. I genuinely don't remember what happened, why people were arguing with a grown man, etc. I guess it was cabin fever from the covid lockdown - which is likely the reason behind a lot of recent drama on here.
Regardless, people were accusing me of talking over a black man, when what happened was me calling him out for how he spoke to a woman on the internet as I did not like the tone he used. Here are the caps. I said he was too big for his boots, and called him unprofessional.
There was nothing more to it than that.
Last month people began attempting to use this cap of me from this tweet as a meme.
At that point I thought it would be best, and honestly also quite funny, to reclaim my face (regardless of how ugly some people think I am). So, I made that picture my pfp. And I made the tweet in the second cap not long after.
I personally wasn't bothered by much of what was said about me, until it came to things like this. The fatshaming I experienced was gross and I can only apologise to those whose body is like mine and had to see what others on the internet said.
In June @/pixielixe posted a fabricated screencap that made it look like I had said the n-word. She also said it was an edit, and you can also see it's an edit by the 'view tweet activity' underneath, but it was still spread to further fuel the anger aimed at me.
Not only is the cap fake but my account was deactivated at the time and date that's on the fabricated tweet.
Despite knowing it was fake, some people wished it was real just so they could get my account suspended, etc.
The screenshot (as well as the trump tweet) was also sent to my previous uni and my current uni in hopes of getting me kicked out.
@/ggfncms decided to come onto twitter to spread lies about me. I have no idea who she is. None of what she said was true. She had nothing to prove we know each other in real life.
When I defended myself people began twisting my words (thread attached in next tweet). I have never said the n word. I have never tried to argue or suggest that I have any right to say it. I have called non black ppl out for saying it and I fully know I have no right to say it.
Here's the thread so you can read the replies https://twitter.com/onthisdaykpop/status/1275085023453028355
I will be adding more to this thread as and when I can, if there's anything specific you would like me to address then please let me know.
People also accused me of using the BIM movement for clout. You can go through my tweets from the past couple months. I have only made a handful of anniversary updates as I didn't feel comfortable making them.
Most of the time I tried my best to use my platform, I only tweeted about the movement and retweeted updates on what was happening in the US, what was happening in my country/city in regards to the movement, and I retweeted a lot of my black moots tweets to elevate their voices.
I barely talked about K-Pop unless it was related to some of the discourse I saw on my timeline. I lost over 1,000 followers solely based on the fact I was no longer posting K-Pop related updates.
Screenshots of my instagram, facebook and linkedin were spread around in an attempt to doxx me. People were surprised that I am actually a fan of BTS and began calling me a secret/undercover army. I've always been a fan of them and their music, and have never tried to hide it.
It baffles me that that information was spread around like it was gossip? I'm not an undercover army, I don't hate BTS. I just hate the toxic hivemind that's rife within the fandom.
I have always stood by the fact that there are legitimately no idols and groups I hate, other than those who have been proven to be abusers, racist, misogynist, etc. For some reason I've had people accuse me of being a Se*ngri stan when there's no way in hell I ever would be.
This tweet caused a lot of anger too, and I understand why. I should not have made the tweet in the first place, and I'm sorry. I made this tweet partly because I still couldn't believe the cops were arrested.
