Who could replace Setien as Barca coach if he leaves?

A thread
Setien was relatively unknown by most Cules once Valverde was sacked, yet he was appointed head coach in a surprise decision. Despite that, the board and fans trusted him as he showed clear signs of following Cruyff’s ideologies and promising football Barca was renown for.
Just 7 months later, Setien is facing serious doubts about his future. After failing to implement the style and losing the dressing room, most think it’s a matter of time before he gets sacked. He will continue in the CL, but should he fail to win he will most probably leave.
So who should replace him?
There are many candidates, some of which are perfect but unlikely, and others which could be risky but plausible.
1- Xavi Hernández
The Barca legend has had only 1 year of coaching in Qatar, yet he is the first to come to mind when thinking about potential managers. He is familiar with the club and style, undoubtedly has an extremely high footballing IQ, and is an ideal coach.
However, he has expressed in interviews that he wishes for total control over the sporting decisions, and that is impossible under the current board. It would also tarnish his reputation to start coaching Barca in such chaos. Additionally, he lacks experience in Europe.
2-Ronald Koeman
The former Barca player and current Netherlands head coach is an ideal manager for Barca. Former player, lots of experience, familiar with style, & well respected by players. He had a clause in place that once the Euro 2020 finishes he can leave to Barca.
Unfortunately, the euros were postponed to 2021 which leaves Ronald in a conondrum; either leave the national team to join Barca or stay in Netherlands. It is unlikely he will leave the national team, but nothing is certain.
3-Garcia Pimienta
The current Barca B coach recently extended his contract and is well accustomed to the Barca style, having trained La Masia for several years. He lacks experience outside Barca, but so did Guardiola. Promoting him would be a risky move that could work wonders.
4- Justin Kluivert
Another former player being linked to the top job recently, Kluivert currently is the La Masia academy director. He is well respected by the players, but he hasn’t shown his coaching quality in any of his previous jobs; FC Twente and the Curaçao national team.
5- Quique Setien
Maybe we should consider the fact that Setien wasn’t given enough time. He came to a club that was in turmoil, losing players like Todibo and Perez, and inherited overage squad with no ambition and struggling with results.
Admittedly barely anything had changed other than the defense and the occasional good performance, but if the coach hired was a ‘big name’ he would definitely stay. Having a good transfer window could just be enough for him to be successful.
