Tbh no one will probably see this and that’s fine because I’ve already talked too much about it to my irls anyways and i don’t want to burden any more people but I think I’m experiencing a burnout. And. I feel so helpless
And I mean I know that I have to keep moving forward for the situation to possibly get better but it’s so tiring having to hype myself up for every little thing because I don’t have the guts to ask other people for help or even voice out what I’m experiencing
I haven’t even had the time to myself to process my stress right now and just by writing this thread I’ve been reduced to tears lmaoo
