1/n Something very funny is happening. This #CCPVirus hit the world suddenly & universities had to shut mid-sem. Certain institutes which had faculty that encouraged independent thoughts of (a minority of LOUD) students protesting EVERYTHING, are now facing the brunt of the same!

2/n Now, certain State govt grants have been cancelled plus the onus of running online classes for multiple batches, falls on the faculty & Admin. And, now, depsite some very sincere efforts to practically address accessibility issues, there are a few whiny voices raising Hell.

3/n. I have been on the sidelines & watched the various dramas & protests that were allowed & encouraged, over the last few years. So it's quite ticklish to see unreasonable dramas boomerang on the hitherto abettors. Lene ke dene padh gaye!

4/n Of course, kids wouldn't have any discretion on different issues. They've been groomed to see evil in every institutional decision & are claiming discrimination even in this unforseen, unexpected & unnerving situation. I can see the faculty doing its best & being abused. So:
