For every negative thought that tears us down, Jehovah responds with positive reassurance Here are some examples:

You say: “It’s impossible.”
Jehovah says: “All things are possible.”
Where?: “He said: “The things impossible with men are possible with God.”
- Luke 18:27

You say: “No one loves me.”
Jehovah says: “My love for you is everlasting.”
Where?: “I have loved you with an everlasting love. That is why I have drawn you to me with loyal love.” - Jer. 31:3

You say: “I am weak.”
Jehovah says: “I will make you strong.”
Where?: “But after you have suffered a little while, the God of all undeserved kindness [...] will himself finish your training. He will make you firm, he will make you strong, he will firmly ground you.”

You say: “I’m not worthy.”
Jehovah says: “I believe you are.”
Where?: “This is a proof of the righteous judgment of God, leading to your being counted worthy of the Kingdom of God, for which you are indeed suffering.”

You say: “My heart condemns me.”
Jehovah says: “I know. But I am greater than your heart.”
Where?: “regarding whatever our hearts may condemn us in, because God is greater than our hearts and knows all things. “ - 1 John 3:20

You say: “I feel rejected.”
Jehovah says: “You are my servant. I have not rejected you.”
Where?: “I said to you, ‘You are my servant; I have chosen you; I have not rejected you.” - Isa. 41:9

You say: “I feel abandoned.”
Jehovah says: “I will never leave you.”
Where?: “For he has said: “I will never leave you, and I will never abandon you.” - Heb. 13:5

You say: “No one hears my calls for help.”
Jehovah says: “I do. And I will answer.”
Where?: “He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in distress. I will rescue him and glorify him.” - Psa. 91:15

You say: “I feel crushed, broken.”
Jehovah says: “I am close to you.”
Where?: “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.” - Psa. 34:18

You say: “I feel forgotten.”
Jehovah says: “I will never forget you.”
Where?: “Can a woman forget her nursing child or have no compassion for the son of her womb? Even if these women forget, I would never forget you.” - Isa. 49:15

You say: “Others have disappointed me.”
Jehovah says: “I never will.”
Where?: “To you they cried out, and they were saved; They trusted in you, and they were not disappointed.” - Psa. 22:5

You say: “I am not confident enough.”
Jehovah says: “I am your confidence.”
Where?: “For Jehovah will prove to be your source of confidence; He will keep your foot from being caught.” - Pro. 3:26

You say: “I can’t do it.”
Jehovah says: “You can do all things.”
Where?: “For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power.” - Phi. 4:13

You say: “Sometimes I just want to give up.”
Jehovah says: “Don’t. Fight the fine fight of faith.”
Where?: Fight the fine fight of the faith; get a firm hold on the everlasting life for which you were called.” - 1 Tim 6:12

You say: “I am worried, anxious.”
Jehovah says: “Throw all of your anxiety on me.”
Where?: “while you throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.” - 1 Peter 5:7

You say: “I am afraid.”
Jehovah says: “Don’t be, I’ve got you.”
Where?: “Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness.’” - Isa. 41:10
