2. There are ALWAYS people involved with the show who they favor and treat well and promote. ALWAYS. Why? Because that& #39;s how abusers work. They cultivate and manipulate allies just as they do victims.
(I have been treated very well by a few who turned out to be abusive.)

We have to stop rewarding mediocre (mostly white, mostly male) showrunners/producers/execs/anyone in power just because they, what? Get the work done on time and on budget? Get critical acclaim?
Enough.
Enough.
These abusers& #39; voices are not brilliant enough to sacrifice the voices of hundreds of their victims.
