To say that 2020 has been the epitome of insanity, is an understatement. The isolation has been rough on a lot of us.
I would like you to repeat this to yourself :

delete,unfollow and unsubscribe. This involves deleting all your spams and junk, apps you haven& #39;t used in the last four months, unfollowing people who don& #39;t make you feel good about yourself and unsubscribing from channels or magazines that aren& #39;t inspirational/uplifting anymore.
Delete unnecessary photos and media from your gallery as well. If you& #39;re a little hesitant about deleting old photos know this, most apple and android devices have a option of backing up media in the cloud. So they& #39;ll still be somewhere, just not in your gallery anymore.
One bad road doesn’t mean all the roads you’ll ever come across are going to be bad. Just because today was horrible doesn’t mean tomorrow wouldn’t have a wonderful switch up for you.
We all have sad days sometimes but you can& #39;t let them get the best of you and you have to still find reasons to smile and do things that make you happy because you’re amazing.
talk about your feelings [talking about your feelings can help you stay sane and deal with times you feel troubled.] but once again I know people don& #39;t like to be vulnerable. If you can& #39;t get yourself to talk about your feelings you can always write down what& #39;s on your mind.
I know it’s hard but eat well [a diet that& #39;s good for your physical health is also good for your mental health] taking care of your body can improve your mental health which includes eating all the right foods. It is said to reduce your energy and help you feel more relaxed.
surround yourself with good people because supportive family members and friends can take your attitude and life a long way, and people with strong family or social connections are generally healthier than those who lack a good support network.
ask for help please [look we all have self-doubt which is fine and we all think that we can cope and manage throughout life which necessarily isn& #39;t the case when you feel like youre taking care of the world. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.]
take a break [quiet your mind. meditation relaxes the part of your mind that you think can& #39;t seem to relax. Meditation may help you feel calm and enhance the effects of therapy.] you can dm me for apps or links to help you meditate.
You are very valuable and you are worth more than you think. You’re doing amazing trying so hard everyday. You don’t deserve to feel like a 0/10 any day because you are worth more than feeling like you shouldn’t exist.
I am proud of you because you are still here, you are still reading this and everything you’ve ever gone through did not make you give up. You are such a brave person. Don’t let those things define you.
It may not seem simple,but I have found relief by reminding myself to only focus on that which is not that which might be. Please try to stay positive. You can do this. that inner voice that constantly tells us negative things is wrong! You can be the best you there is for you.
Lastly, I know I may be a stranger or mutual anything I am to you rn but trust me when I say I believe in you. Opening up to yourself, appreciating your self can make you discover what you like, what you want from life, what you need from others and who you want around you.♡
