I call these Sitting ups lol. Start off with 20!
Sometimes I do it with my baby in my arms or in a sling. She likes the movement.

Open ya legs back up and do big circles. 10 in each direction. & Lean back!
Bridge/hip thrust. Whatever you call them, do 20
After this do dead bug while on your back if you know that move
