Responding to the very common sentiment rather than the specific person who posted this example:

As a person who has had chronic illness for decades and related hyper-alertness to risk, this is exhausting. It is burdensome to keep this is mind at all times.
No one is able to maintain a hypervigilant state for long periods perfectly.

Demanding perfection, and blaming or shaming people's for illness (imperfection) adds another layer of harm.
Shift that burden to the structures that should be taking it on: governments and employers.

Why aren't people paid to stay home? Why don't we have support systems for parents who get sick?

So many failures to address that aren't the fault of individuals.
But also, yes, wash your hands and cover your face.
