I think that guy put his hand in the other’s mouth bc he thought he was having a seizure. People often do that to prevent tongue biting.

- Try & clear the surroundings, so that they don’t thrash into something hard or sharp and cause bodily injury
- As long as the surroundings are clear, gently ease them to one side. This is to help keep the airways open & help them breathe better.

- If you can, place something soft under their head. Like a folded sweater or a pillow.
- Remove any restrictive clothing, like ties. Remove their eyeglasses, if they have one.
- And of course, call the health emergency line or take them to the nearest hospital.
