Propaganda is being spewed from the mouths of liberals left and right regarding China.
Let us not be so arrogant as to interpret their economic system without due consideration. For this, I turn to Mao:

Some foreigners say that our ideological reform is brainwashing. As I see it, they are correct in what they say. It is washing brains, that's what it is! This brain of mine was washed to become what it is. After I joined the revolution, [my brain] slowly washed, washed for

several decades. What I received before was all bourgeois education, and even some feudal education... At that time, none of us knew anything about how the Chinese revolution was to be promoted!" (End quote)

China is excelling maintaining a socialist system. Obviously, bully US can't handle that. Propaganda and misinformation spreads like wildfire, duping even the most "woke."
But how can China be socialist? They have a market economy? Well, let's now look at what Deng has to say,

after washing our brains if the bourgeois education and propaganda filth:

"It is wrong to maintain that a market economy exists only in capitalist society and that there is only 'capitalist' market economy. Why can't we develop a market economy under socialism? Developing a

market economy does not mean practising capitalism... We cannot say that market economy exists only under capitalism. Market economy was in its embryonic stages as early as feudalist society. We can surely develop it under socialism." (End quote)

Further, to turn to our favorite Marx, he even maps out how the market economy traces back to at least Rome in Dad Kapital Vol. 3. So, let's not hastily assume market=capitalism. Instead, we must shift to an understanding that what is happening is best described as

"socialism with Chinese characteristics." Or, a socialist market economy.

Again, as Deng said, a "true Marxist-Leninist must understand, carry on and develop Marxism-Leninism in light of the current situation." We should not forget that good Marxists practice dialectics.

At this current moment, we have many "radlibs" feigning the Marxist title while betraying the philosophy itself. We have people calling themselves "socialists" who refuse to read Lenin and Stalin because of misinformation that is forced down the throats of school children.

As Xi says, "To dismiss the history of the Soviet Union and the Soviet Communist Party, to dismiss Lenin and Stalin, and to dismiss everything else is to engage in historic nihilism, and it confuses our thoughts and undermines the party's organizations on all levels."

To conclude, I'll leave everyone with one more quote from Xi: "There are some bored foreigners, with full stomachs, who have nothing better to do than point fingers at us... First, China doesn't export Revolution; second, China doesn't export hunger and poverty;

third, China doesn't come and cause you headaches, what more is there to be said?"
