One thing to note

"Finding The One" is based purely off technical analysis

I won't get into the fundamentals

Enjoy!
2.

- The Process -

Stock trading is an art

Many things go into your masterpiece

You need an A+ setup, below is a list of what I look for

- Top right chart
- Consolidation
- Support/Resistance level
- Clear buy/sell point
- Risk reward ratio
3.

- Finding A Top Right Chart -

This is a simple step

When you're scanning for potential stocks to buy, you need to buy those that are strong

Avoid buying a "bottom right" chart

Expensive tends to become more expensive (buy)

While cheap tends to get cheaper (avoid)
4.

- Consolidation -

This is a period where a stock is neither moving up or down (sideways)

Think of it as taking a breather after running

We buy stocks as they're readying up to "run" again

They'll usually start to run when there's a catalyst pushing them forward
5.

- Support & Resistance -

This is key to your success in order to know where to buy

So what do these mean?

- Support is the point where a downtrend is expected to stop/pause

- Resistance is the point where an uptrend is expected to stop/pause

Think of it as a box...
6.

- Buy/Sell Point -

This is based off of the support/resistance trendlines

Ideally you want to buy above the resistance level

And sell below a support level

This leads to your risk reward ratio...
7.

- Risk Reward Ratio -

To find your risk reward ratio you first need to know your risk/share

Ideally you want to make $3-5 for every $1 risked

So if you buy a stock at $50 with a stop at $49

You want to sell portions of your trade at $53-55

Keep the numbers in your favor
These tools are important towards your success as a trader

Use them to your advantage
