How can he make such an unfounded accusation? this is beyond rhetoric, more slanderous IMO

now he's saying "billion dollar bailout" - deliberately misleading Canadians into believing a billion dollars being kept by the org.

When CPC lied about this in memes online, I was bugged by it but thought "oh well, what do you expect?" - but sad to see fed NDP mimic CPC lies
