I've seen a lot of people wringing their hands about COVID antibodies dropping off after 3 months, screeching things like "immunity doesn't last".
@DKThomp called up the experts, and explains why you shouldn't be wringing your hands and screeching. https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2020/07/could-covid-19-immunity-really-disappear-months/614377/

And @DKThomp doesn't even mention the additional fact that vaccine immunity can be longer-lasting than naturally acquired immunity! https://twitter.com/VirusesImmunity/status/1284545152103657476
Here's really the money paragraph. Smallpox antibodies fade months after getting the vaccine, but the immunity from vaccination lasts DECADES. We ERADICATED smallpox with this vaccine.
In sum:
1. Antibodies aren't the only thing that can give you immunity
2. Your body can (probably) remember how to make new antibodies
3. Vaccines can potentially give you longer-lasting immunity than you'd get from actually getting COVID.
STOP HYPERVENTILATING, PEOPLE.
