MPs have approved New Clause 5 without a division.

The new clause will allow named public authorities to share information for the purpose of facilitating the exercise of a Minister’s functions relating to trade.
MPs have approved New Clause 6 without a division.

This new clause would make it an offence to disclose identifiable personal information in breach of subsection (5) of clause (Disclosure of information by other authorities).
MPs have voted against New Clause 4, with 326 votes to 263.

This New Clause relates to parliamentary approval of trade agreements.
MPs have voted against New Clause 11, with 337 votes to 251.

The New Clause relates to imported agricultural goods.
MPs have voted against New Clause 17, with 340 votes to 251.

The New Clause intended to protect the NHS and publicly funded health and care services in other parts of the UK from any form of control from outside the UK.
MPs have voted against amendment 10, with 345 votes to 244.

This amendment would have ensured that the consent of a devolved government is required for regulations under section 2(1) if those regulations contain matters which are within the remit of the devolved government.
MPs have approved amendments 6 to 9 without a division.

These amendments relate to sharing information and Ministerial functions relating to trade.
MPs have approved the Trade Bill, with 335 votes to 243.

The Bill will now be considered in the @UKHouseofLords.
