I'll start: IF your t-shirt budget is bigger than the budget for your DEI programs. (thanks @adblanche for this one)
...IF your executive team cannot commit 15 minutes a month to their own DEI learning.

(yes, this is an actual thing being said at multiple companies right now)
...IF your company only provides one single anti-bias training as compliance or on-boarding.
...IF you do not compensate ERG leaders for their additional labor organizing equity and inclusion events at your company.
...IF you do not include participant in equity&inclusion learning and events in reviews for promotions or raises.
...IF there are no women or people of color in leadership (who are NOT just the DEI or HR professionals).
