I can only teach and testify to what worked for me.
This same method i followed will always reflect whenever I talk about design.

When its time to train a complete newbie, i'll spend so much time talking about the journey of a designer: how much you can earn,

/1
opportunities in the industry, blablabla, I believe that orientation will stare up the passion for design, an element to fuel the vehicle

I continue by engaging you with cloning great designs, you have to clone it exactly the way you saw it.

/2
It helps to feed the minds of my trainee with quality produce, so you know for yourself what it feels like to stare at fine works

/3
I'll then do the this-vs-this exercises. Its just a test to know if you know the good from the better. Font, Pictures, anything.

/4
Right after each task, I will help you consider as a user with questions like: "If you saw this flier, on social media, would you bother to read", "Would you pay to attend this event", "Would you screenshot this graphics"
If you sincerely say No, then you know you did shit.

/5
Now, nobody have to like this method, buh working on the mind and eyes of a designer is a really big thing for me.
