I don't think folks understand how close we are to martial law situations where just supporting protest in a militant way could be treated as grounds for imprisonment/disappearing.

Fascists start with folks they can nab off the street, but they don't stop there.

That's why they've moved so hard on this antifa = terror stuff.

Terrorist designation is very much about positioning for public acceptance of "Constitution doesn't apply for these people" totalitarian tactics.

They don't need majority support to advance it, either.

Just enough bots on Twitter screaming "Antifa terrorists" that CNN softpedals its coverage to avoid social media backlash.
