There are 3 cities in the world that fall under no national authority, have separate laws, pay no taxes, have their own police force & control the economy: the City of London, District of Columbia (Washington D.C) and the Vatican.

First, the City of London:

1. The City of London was formed by the Romans 2000 years ago. 1000 years later King William III gave sovereign status to the City of London, allowing it to continue enjoying separate rights and privileges outside.

The Kings that succeeded William however decided to build a new capital & named it Westminster. This new city expanded rapidly & eventually surrounded the City of London. Interestingly, laws passed by the British Parliament (Westminster) do not apply to the City of London

It's therefore important to note that the City of London, though geographically within the London Metropolis, is NOT a part of London. In fact, the City of London is so independent that it has its own flag, crest, police force, ceremonial and armed forces

The mayor of the City of London (N.B NOT London) has a special title: the Right Honorable, the Lord Mayor of London. If the queen of England wants to enter the City of London, she first must ask for permission from the Lord Mayor - who by the way, rides a golden carriage to work

The 2 Londons have separate city halls & collect separate taxes to fund separate police who enforce separate laws. City of London has its own separate flag & crest while London city does not. The Mayor of London has no power over the Right Honorable Lord Mayor of City of London

Importantly, the City of London is a Corporation and older than the United Kingdom itself but has a representative in the UK Parliament through a person known as the ‘Remembrancer’ who is present to protect the ‘City’s interests in Westminster.

The City of London is controlled by the Bank of England, a private entity owned by the Rothschild family after Nathan Rothschild crashed the English stock market in 1812 and took control of the Bank of England

The Queen of England refers to the City of London Corporation as the ‘Firm’. Her throne in Buckingham Palace is in London but not in the City of London and the City is NOT part of England. Remember it's a separate entity, a corporation

City of London controls all mayors, councils, regional councils, multi-national and trans-national banks, corporations, judicial systems (via Old Bailey, Temple Bar & the Royal Courts of Justice in London), the IMF, World Bank, Vatican Bank (via N. M. Rothschild & Sons London)

The City further controls the European Central Bank, United States Federal Reserve (via 8 British-controlled shareholding banks), the Bank for International Settlements in Switzerland (which oversees all of the Reserve Banks around the world)

The "Firm" controls the global financial system and runs the governments of all Commonwealth countries. The main aim the City of London Corporation is to expand and become the “One World Earth Corporation”, basically to privately own the world in the same way it owns London City

2. Washington D.C is NOT part of the USA. It has its own flag & own independent constitution. This constitution operates under a tyrannical Roman law known as Lex Fori. DC's constitution has nothing to do with the Constitution of the United States

The Act of 1871 passed by Congress created a separate corporation known as THE UNITED STATES & corporate government for the District of Columbia. Thus DC becomes a Corporation through the Act

The flag of Washington’s District of Columbia has 3 red stars (the 3 stars represent Washington DC, Vatican City and City of London)

Oh, and The United States pays tax to the City of London

In 1913, the US Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act which handed over America’s gold and silver reserves and total control of America’s economy to the Rothschild's banks. The Federal Reserve Bank is a privately owned banking system that does not belong to America or Americans

The United States is effectively a corporation owned by the City of London, which also owns Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and belongs to the Empire of the 3 City States – City of London, Vatican City and Washington DC

3. The Vatican City is not part of Italy or Rome. The Vatican’s wealth includes investments with the Rothschild's in Britain, France and US and with oil and weapons corporations as well. It's billions are held by the Rothschild's Bank of England and US Federal Reserve Bank

The money possessed by the Vatican is more than that of banks, corporations, and even some Governments. The Pope, who is the head of the Vatican preaches giving, however none of this money is used even to help poor Christians across the globe

The 3 cities created the Fabian Society in 1887. It is a mixture of fascism, Nazism, Marxism & communism and is credited with creating Communist China, Fascism in Italy & Germany & Socialism globally. All educated Native leaders of former British colonies are members of it
