Big money for NHS, tax rich, maybe to pay for it, is where the big cross voter pull is now, and coming just as/strong(er) from Tory voters. If Govt scraps Lansley Act, spends big on NHS, with a wealth tax, a reticent Labour could find itself struggling in a declining centre
