MONDAY CALL TO ACTION - TELL YOUR SENATORS TO PASS THE HEROES ACT! Congress is back from recess today and we NEED them to pass another round of COVID-19 legislation that includes relief our families need! In May, the House passed the HEROES Act, but the Senate failed to
take it up (Senator McConnell said he felt additional COVID relief was "unnecessary"... 
). But, as the pandemic worsens in our country, it is URGENT for our Senators to act and pass this important legislation, which includes:

funding for states' Medicaid programs with an additional 10% increase in funding for home and community based services, COBRA subsidies and a new special enrollment period for the ACA exchanges, economic assistance and PPE for direct care workers, Expansion of the emergency paid
sick and family medical leave, and more.
Economic Support - another round of stimulus checks, extended unemployment benefits, nutritional assistance, housing support, extended foreclosure protection, and more.
Education Support - $100 billion in additional education
