Hoseok being the second leader of BTS; a thread
The one time Namjon had trouble translate something so Hoseok took the mic from him and gesture to the translator to do his job
Namjoon himself saying that if he wasn& #39;t a leader anymore, he would want Hoseok to be one in his place
Hoseok decided to learn english so he could lessen Namjoon& #39;s burden to always translating for other members
And we can actually witness him speaking english more and more. Here are some examples of that:

BTS choreographer Son Sung Deuk talking about how Hoseok take care of the boys and how resposible he is
BTS talking how publically Namjoon is the leader, but privately Hobi is the one that take care of them

During rehalsal he realized that the stage is not wide enough for their usual choreograpy and decided right away they need to change is a little bit.
When they were during review of their perfomance, he was the one who was pointing out mistakes and how they can improve it
Dance leader mode on
During DNA perfomance he noticed that the floor is too wet and slippery and decided that they are skipping the dance at the ende and everyone listened to him in seconds
Making sure everyone knows what are they doing
He notcied that Yoongi made a mistake but instead of scolding him, he just hugged him
Making sure everyone knows songs order and all the details
Last minute check ups if everything is alright and everyone remember choreography
Members not being satisfied with their perfomance and asking Hobi for dance lesson
He noticed hole on the stage and right away pushed Namjoon away

Jungkook and Seokjin talking about how whenever they mke mistake during perfmormance, Hoseok always notice it and it& #39;s already looking at them. He is really observant and see the smallest mistakes.
There& #39;s a lot more videos of him teaching members choreograpy and being amazing dance leader that he is but this thread is alread too long. Remember Hoseok is Namjoon& #39;s right hand. He is really professional and disciplined. He is not scary but serious about what he does.
