Here are state-level dashboards for each (note: FL only began reporting hospitalization very recently). My view:
FL - not improving (+ve rate)
CA - not improving (daily cases still accelerating)
AZ - peaked, case counts/+ve rate falling, hospital falling

Obviously you can pick bones with those assessments, and people will because of the subject, so I'm going to mute this thread because I'm not interested in the #takes. But the charts seem to tell the stories pretty well.
