Part 1: It has been confirmed by @ValtteriBottas with regard to what happened to his start at the #HungarianGP #F1;
"I believe it was the main page of the dash changed a different colour or something - a really bright colour." https://twitter.com/AnnotatedWA/status/1284925823867215872

Part 2: @ValtteriBottas has his Dashboard's Launch RPM helper background colour set-up to the following;
IDLE - Clutch Engaged, 0% Throttle
TOO LOW - Below optimal revs
RPM GOOD - At optimal revs
RPM HIGH - Over optimal revs

Part 3: What Bottas reacted to & released his clutch was when his revs momentarily went to
RPM HIGH
You might ask, "but the Red LEDs indicating optimal revs went off first"
- This is caused by a fault of the new T-cam @F1 are trialling, which does a bad job at processing LEDs

Part 4: With the handicap of not being able to observe the start revlights, I could only rely on his Dashboard's screen and text/colour RPM helper, in Part 2 of this thread.
You can observe a clearer view of the Dashboard Launch RPM helper in the 3rd part of my video analysis

Part 5: I hope that this video would be a great help to uncover the mystery for @MercedesAMGF1 @ValtteriBottas and for Sky F1's @antdavidson @karunchandhok
