The driver finally arrived alone at 8:45 and said his helper was 30 mins away. Per the contract they can’t unload until they’ve been paid so we had an issue from the jump.
I politely expressed my complaints and was met with a BS “things happen. Call customer service if there’s a problem” response.

TRIGGERED.
I called them hoes 13 times in a row with no answer. So it left me in a tricky spot bc homeboy was holding my things hostage.. so I had to pay him.

PISSED.
He starts unloading the smaller items while my mom gets on speaker phone talking shit about him lmao. I called customer service for the 14th time and FINALLY reached someone. After telling her what happened she had the nerve to ask me “so what’s the issue?”

WHAT’S THE ISSUE!?
After explaining to her AGAIN, she called the driver. She then called me back with the same “things happen” excuse.

I understand that things happen but when you mess up and are unprofessional, the customer needs to be compensated for that. HELLO!?
So I ask for a refund and she said that she’s not authorized to do that. Okay bet. Transfer me to who is. She said that no one is authorized for that.

At this point the only emotion I can experience is RAGE.
Brief detour: He’s currently trying to take my dresser up the stairs by himself. He BET NOT mess up the carpet, scratch the walls, or damage my dresser. And for those thinking I should help him... LOL.
Back to the phone call. I had to step outside so my mom wouldn’t hear the not-so-Christian words I could feel about to slip from my tongue.

She was persistent that no one could authorize a refund and that I should be grateful that my things arrived.
Her: COVID is wild. People are dying.

Me: What does that have to do with y’all being unprofessional? Did my driver die? Is he sick?

Her: You only had to wait 9 days for your things to arrive. Some people wait 21 days.

Me: I don’t give a damn about other people!
Y’all...

She had the nerve to HANG UP IN MY FACE!!

Are you knucking !? bc I was ready to BUCK at this point!
Do yourselves a favor and never book Trinity Moving and Storage or Cobra Vanlines for any upcoming moves. EVER.
Also, his helper never showed up some homeboy has been struggling by himself.
