Uhh Sorry, No not at all.
Kolkata was a hub of creativity, trade, & culture a century ago.
This looks like a remanant of a bygone city now left to its volition with no hope of upsurge. The fact that the cab & bridge looks life-like in contrast of the background says it all https://twitter.com/AarKiBolboBolo/status/1285089832461426693
It looks like a city fading away slowly, as if its in passing and slow decay. The old huge shoddy building with its dark and crumbling feeling is symbolic of the city's decay & not grandeur. The cab with its bright yellow streak under a cloudy sky is like a faint glimmer of hope
... that's quickly driving away leaving the city behind to its own fate, while the hopeful bridge with a mixed balance of both the undertones of these polar extremes waits in hopes of revival of a magnificent city from whose bosom once fostered the cultural renaissance of...
...the Indian subcontinent in 29th century and contributed to revival of the Indic way of thought, life and more.
This picture is of decay, of morbidity and of death, not hope, knowledge or love. Kolkata is the old man dying in a ventilator & the taxi of hope drives away.
The bridge is the symbol of connection between the old and the new, the past and the present and we are looking at it stuck on the frame watching it's decay from the outside.
20th Century* Not 29th
