As of July 18th, 2020, Kitov's patent status has turned active on many platforms and has begun a patent phase that is reaching worldwide. Here is a screenshot as well as the link to the official paperwork to the EU phase.

By researching just the patent itself (EP3253733) you will see multiple countries as well as other labs jumping into the mix on one hot drug.
I, myself, along with another dd bloodhound ( @Candlestickwat1 ) have run into the real drug name filed as (or at least the way it's categorized as) AU2007330333A1.
While others focused on $KITOV and #NT219 NT-219, the reality was, that in fact, the drug itself was already in motion just classified as something else; thus distorting the world of speculation.
In searching for AU2007330333A1, you will see drug and lab results ranging from claims to the structure of the drug and what they've used. I have inserted a picture of the current drug they've used (Erbitux) to support Eli Lilly theory.
Erbitux is an essential piece of the puzzle, which in turn, has driven many to speculate whether or not this collab can happen. This now shows you that in order for NT-219 to work, the combo must have Erbitux.
This now proves onto "why" Kitov/Tyrnovo is in a scramble to adjust their paperwork before anything (hence, EU and others to patent the drug quickly) as Eli, Merck, and Pfizer, are in now in the mix. Eli = US and Can. http://archive.epo.org/epo/pubs/bulletin/2020/bulletin2020.pdf
Merck and Pfizer everywhere else - This, with the help of Yissum of holders of Erbitux.
Doing a statistical analysis of just labs and research facilities(based on addresses listed in portfolios and such), you will see Kitov working in these places. Check pictures for trials and such.
This now adds more evidence, that in fact, Kitov/Tyrnovo has been working very hard on a drug with big potential and sticking close to those that are helping.
With compliance around the corner, there is no way $KITOV can sink any lower as this company is showing a brought future for the next couple of years. That is, not including pending drugs/treatments like CM-24 and KIT302 (and others we found).
Risking an R/S would make no sense and with the conference coming it is only a matter of time before we start seeing sec-filing falling on our laps as Kitov still has to file for news regarding EU and other phases.

Given the low price action, it is without a doubt being held down (as NASDAQ logs prove that buys have been coming in but sells are meaningless dumps) so whales are given a nice opportunity to lock in a position in a promising company.
