False rape accusations should be criminalized. Not only are you inflicting harm on a person's life & causing irreparable damage, you make it harder for victims to seek justice. Most rape victims are already met w/ skepticism by folks who jump at any chance to discredit rape.

The same onus you put on victims to prove that they are raped, is the same onus you must put on perpetrators to prove those allegations are false. Theres far too much excitement from people when there is a false allegation as if that takes away from the real & rampant rape issue

And I hope victims today, and activists alike on twitter don't feel deterred by the rabid anger being falsely misdirected. The work continues.
