#DDG has the lowest PSxG/SoT in the league at 0.28

PSxG/SoT is Post Shot Expected Goals per Shot on Target

Higher numbers indicate more difficult to stop/more likely to score the shots on target faced by the keeper are

Meaning DDG has faced the easiest shots in the league
#DDG also has a PSxG+/- of +0.3 which is only the 14th best in the league

Higher numbers indicate better luck or shot stopping ability

Henderson has the highest in the league at +8.1

PSxG+/- p90 (same metric per 90) for DDG is + 0.01

For Henderson it's +0.24 or 24 times
For the first time yesterday Ole did openly admit DDG should have done better.

For me personally beyond all the numbers, the biggest issue is, I no longer feel confident that DDG can stop it when someone winds up to shoot at our goal.

Competition will do him good.
The fact that DDG faces low quality shots means 1 of 2 things, either every single team is underperforming against us in every single match or more likely our defenders are doing a good job of preventing dangerous shots.
To compare, #DDG's PSxG/SoT in 2017/18 was .27 (same as this season) the 2nd best in the league.

BUT his +/- was +12.1 & +/- p90 was +0.33

In other words he had an incredible season where he overperformed every metric & was saving .3 goals/game that he shouldn't have.
