In our bid to stand against rape, we have empowered lunatics on Twitter. They know that mentioning any man's name alongside RAPE is enough to destroy him and they're capitalizing.

They have driven a young man to his death for "nonphysical sexual assault." #JusticeforIZU
Because rape has become a very sensitive subject (rightfully so), the strategy has moved towards expanding the meaning of rape.

Rape being simply about NONCONSENSUAL sexual intercourse is no longer enough. The definition is being expanded to corner every and ALL men.
And then there are those who will BELIEVE ALL WOMEN even if it later turns out that the woman was lying, they'd have no regrets.

This has gone beyond seeking justice for rape victims. Rape accusations is being weaponized right before our eyes and we are denying it.
The saddest part of all these charades is that there are a large swath of men who actively cheering up this madness.

They are part of the ringleaders, they're quick to call for the head of any man mentioned alongside men. The Knights in shining armour, Mr. Nice guys
It is on this Twitter that Uche Dandy was falsely accused of rape. The name of his accuser was blurred. And his only saving grace was that he was able to rightly guess who his accuser is and refuted it with screenshots from chats. He is just one of the lucky few.
I have personally had enough of this charade. I am firmly standing behind any man accused of rape until it is satisfactory proven that he is guilty with adequate evidence.

Enough of the "believe all women" charade. Some women are lunatics just like the lunatic men who rape.
I am all for institutional reforms that'd give women a safe space to share their experiences with the right law enforcement agencies and pursue justice without being made to feel ashamed or shut down. This social media charade that has turned to clout-chasing is enough
I am stand with all men who have ever been falsely accused of rape and lost everything they worked for or even took their lives. SAY HIS NAME!!!

Rest in Peace Izu. I hope this is where we all draw a line to this madness. Enough is enough. #JusticeforIZU
